Dr. Cornell Horn, President and Executive Director of WRRP, first published in 2003 and later he published in 2010. Dr. Horn’s human and intellectual capital adds value to WRRP’s competitive advantage. Dr. Horn extracts strength and wisdom from various struggles and by his service he not only helps former-offenders of all types transition into society, he also helps them transform ethically by offering practical support as well as the essential intangible belief they deserve success. “These people have no hope; I want to give it back,” said Dr. Horn.
